  1. All applicants to Trent University are automatically considered for scholarships and awarded for academic excellence. The range of financial assistance is from $1000 to $3000. Scholarship awards are offered for the first two positions of study. These awards are non-renewable.
  2. The scholarship can also be associated with the Trent World Citizen Award.

IB Entrance Benefits – (Automatic):

Trent University offers IB scholarships to all international students applying for admission to Trent based on their international diploma.

The IB Entry Scholarship can be combined with the Trent University Scholarship and the Trent World Citizen Award.

Trent International Scholarship Awards (by schedule):
Trent International Citizen Scholarship and Award:

  1. This scholarship is awarded to highly competitive international students who demonstrate outstanding academic achievement with social services, leadership skills, and some financial needs.
  2. Scholarships and awards are part of Trent University’s tuition and ancillary costs, which are approximately $2,000 to $24,000 annually. Provided (accommodation not included).

Trent International Scholarship Tuition Levy Scholarship:

  1. Scholarship awards are given annually by local and international students through annual awards. Students with high academic achievement and social services, leadership potential, and some financial needs.
  2. The Canada Scholarship Award includes international tuition at Trent University and tuition below $ 24,000 per academic year (excluding housing).

Trent World Scholarship (UWC) Scholarship:

  1.  Students with high academic achievement and social services, leadership potential, and some financial needs.
  2. Scholarship funds are provided to assess the financial needs of students and may cover international tuition and the following tuition – approximately $24,000 – per academic year (excluding housing).

Jack Matthews International Scholarship:

In Canada, a scholarship award is given in honor of Jack Treto, the founding director of Pacific College and the Trent International Program. Scholarship funds are provided to assess the financial needs of students and may cover international tuition and the following tuition – approximately $24,000– per academic year (excluding housing).

Justin Chiu International Scholarship:

The scholarship is partially funded and covers tuition fees of between $ 3,000 and $ 15,000 per academic year.

Maple Leaf Leadership Award:

  1. The Maple Leaf School System offers international scholarship awards to outstanding international students with academic achievement, social services, leadership potential, and financial needs. The prize money is around $2000. This scholarship award is given to a maximum of 5 students each year as a one-time use.
  2. Housing costs (including meal plans) can range from $9,000 to $13,100 per academic year.
    In addition, students may have to expect from around $2,500 to $2,000 for their books, supplies, and out-of-pocket expenses.

  1. CAEL CE is one of the first English language proficiency tests to be studied in Canada and accepted by all major Canadian language institutions.
