Eligibility Criteria for NEAU CSC Scholarship:

To qualify for the China Scholarship 2021, applicants must meet the following criteria to study at NEAU under the CSE 2021 Scholarship.

  1. Applicants Must be International Students.
  2. Applicants should be physically healthy.
  3. For Master’s degree must have a bachelor’s degree
  4. Applicants for a doctorate at NEAU must have an MS/master’s degree and below 40 years.
  5. Excellent achievement in your study.
  6. Comparative good ability in research.
  7. Applicants do not gain any other scholarships.

  1. Chinese Government Scholarship – NEAU, Harbin Application Form (printed by CSC), original CSC document, and a copy, in Chinese or English.
  2. NEAU University, the highest degree diploma required for an official stamp, must be uploaded to NEAU – CSC Program Portal (must provide notary photocopy in NEAU)
  3. The highest degree Transcript required by official stamps must be uploaded to the NEAU-CSC program portal. (Notarized photocopying required)
    1. Note: If you are an NEAU-CSC applicant and your qualification/Transcript is not in English, then NEAU requires a notarized copy of the English translation.
  4. Two recommendation letter
    1. The NEAU recommends that you write in English for applicants’ teachers/mentors/employers (who are qualified to assess your academic performance and research abilities).
  5. A research plan / Study plan (Chinese/English language 800 words)
  6. Published academic papers and academic achievements (not compulsory).

How to complete the CSC NEAU 2021 Application:

  1. Register for NEAU CSC Scholarship on CSC Portal: Register Here
  2. After Login Select Program Category is B for NEAU, and the Agencies Code is 10224.
  3. Fill the CSC Form for NEAU Scholarship with the required Documents.
  4. After completing the NEAU CSC application form, the student should mail the documents. (The above must be submitted directly to NEAU International Exchange Department. Whether or not the applicant has entered, the application will not be returned.)
