Applications are open for the DAAD 2022 Scholarships in Germany. All international students from around the world who wish to study in Germany on a full-funded scholarship for full-time master’s and doctoral degrees. DAAD is strongly encouraged to apply for the scholarship. DAAD offers scholarships to designated universities with a wide range of academic scholarships for international students to pursue master’s or doctoral degrees. The DAAD degree supports 100,000 German and international students.
Almost all departments and academic subjects are offered by the German government under this scholarship. This award covers all costs. The duration of the Master’s degree for the DAAD 2022 to 2023 scholarship will be 12-24 months (depending on the specific institution) and 36 months for the Ph.D.

Financial Benefits:
DAAD Scholarship for Master and Doctorate is a full budget scholarship in Germany for international students. Covers all free tuition fees in Germany.
- Depending on the level of education, the monthly payment is 861 Euro for graduates or 1200 Euro for PhD candidates.
- Pay for health, accident and personal liability insurance
- Travel allowance, unless funded by the country of origin or other source of funding.
Under certain circumstances, scholarship holders may receive the following additional benefits:
- Monthly rent subsidy
- Monthly allowance for accompanying members of the family.

Eligibility Criteria for Scholarships in Germany:
- Candidates From all Developing Countries (Check List).
- Candidates have a Bachelor’s degree (usually a four-year course) in an appropriate subject.
- His/her academic degrees should normally not be more than six years old.
- Candidates have at least two years’ professional experience
- English Language Requirements: Depending on the chosen study program; please check the scholarship brochure or the website of your chosen study program (Click Here for Brochure).
Documents Required for DAAD Scholarships:
- DAAD application form can be found under “Application Procedure”.
- A hand-signed CV (please use the Europass specimen form: http://europass.cedefop.europa.eu/
- A hand-signed letter of motivation (with reference to current occupation), maximum of 2 pages
- Academic letter/s of recommendation (the letters must have a letterhead, a signature, and an official stamp and must be of recent date)
- Professional letter/s of recommendation from your employer (the letter must have a letterhead, a signature, and an official stamp and must be of recent date)
- Confirmation of employment from the employer in your home country and – if possible – a guarantee of reemployment.
- Proof of language abilities:
- English – TOEFL or IELTS (Note: We only accept an academic TOEFL)
- German – necessary for the courses taught in German; for the courses taught in English, if available
- (certified*) copies of awarded academic degrees (certified translation if necessary)

Deadline
