IRELAND GOVERNMENT SCHOLARSHIP 2022 FULLY FUNDED

The Government of Ireland accepts applications for the Irish Government Scholarship 2022. Ireland Scholarship 2022 is funded by the Department of Education for International Students in Ireland. The Board of Education typically invests 280 new scholarships annually for international students from around the world. In 2018, the Board of Education invested a total of 1,193 undergraduate students with over 5,000 individual scholarships for international students.

This program gives top students the opportunity to supervise their research early in their careers in their area of ​​interest. Suggestions of an interdisciplinary nature are also encouraged as it is known that combining information, techniques, tools and perspectives from more than two fields advances basic understanding.

The Irish Scholarship Program is highly competitive with rate of 18% over the past 5 years. Successful applicants educated under the program are recognized as leaders of future research and the standard of their ideas because of their ability to appear globally.

FINANCIAL COVERAGE :

The Ireland Government covers the following expenses:

  • Stipend of €16,000 per annum
  • A contribution to fees, including non-EU fees, up to €5,750 per annum
  • Direct research expenses of 
    • €2,250 per annum

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

  • Available to international students and European Union, Switzerland, Iceland, Norway, Liechtenstein as well as around the world.
  • If the results of the undergraduate examination are not known at the time of application, the Council may offer a provisional scholarship, provided that a bachelor’s degree, or equivalent, is a first degree or higher honors degree.
  • Hold Bachelor degree to apply for MS degree.
  • Have MS degree to apply for PhD degree
