To apply for this scholarship, applicants must :
- Must be classified as a foreign expenditure and self-financed (not funded).
- Offer to study full-time undergraduate or graduate courses (postgraduate or doctoral) (including establishment path and postgraduate courses) from September 2021 or January 2022.
- Complete the relevant scholarship application within the deadline.
