Eligibility Criteria for TIGP 2021:

Applicants studying under the Taiwan Government Scholarship must meet the following criteria to benefit from the scholarship.

  1. Applicants from all over the world except Taiwan, China, Hong Kong are eligible.
  2. Applicants must be physically healthy.
  3. Applicants must have a bachelor’s degree for postgraduate guidance.
  4. Applicants must have a master’s degree for a doctoral degree.
  5. Great success in education.
  6. Relatively good research ability.
  7. Applicants will not receive any other scholarship.
  8. Applicants may be exempted from universities where English is the main language of instruction in the proficiency test.
