Islamic Development Bank Scholarship Eligibility

The event is open to volunteers who have a strong desire to participate in social services and community development and to meet the following criteria.

  1. Become a citizen of ISDB member countries.
  2. Candidates from non-member countries must be Muslims.
  3. Once selected, agree to be medically fit and have a medical examination.

In addition, candidates should meet the specific requirements of their degree level as shown below.

Graduate and postgraduate applicants should be:

  1. Have a high school diploma or enroll in one of the top 10 state / public universities in your country.
  2. For a high school (undergraduate applicants) or graduate grade point average (postgraduate applicants) must be at least 70% final grade point average.
  3. Select the field of study that is included in the approved subjects of the program.
  4. Provide evidence of language proficiency in intermediate instruction of the university as relevant. Language proficiency must be supported by a recognized language certificate such as a document or certificate, such as English. TOEFL, IELTS or the British Council or an equivalent test level as its equivalent in French or other languages. Executed by the system).
  5. If all documents are originally in other languages, provide authorized translations in English or French.
  6. Do not receive any other scholarship at the time of application and during your studies.

Doctoral applicants should:

  1. Master’s degree in a program of study.
  2. Minimum (“very good”) educational status;
  3. Get work or research experience preferably.

Applicants for doctoral research should:

  1. Degree in one of the approved areas of the doctoral program.
  2. Minimum (“very good”) educational status.
  3. At least two (2) years of research experience.
  4. There is a history of publication/research in this area.
