Eligibility Criteria:
- Must have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent for MS Degree.
- A doctoral degree requires a bachelor’s degree, master’s degree, or equivalent.

- If the results of graduate examinations are not known at the time of application, if the student has a graduate result or an equivalent first-class degree, the council may temporarily award the scholarship.
