As an MBA intern in the Creative Cloud Marketing Team, you will face a broad Creative Cloud (and Adobe) business and have at least one project from problem definition to completion. The Opportunity:

As an MBA intern in the Creative Cloud Marketing team, you will encounter a broad creative cloud business (and Adobe), and you may have at least one project from start to end. There will be an opportunity for a solution. With a dynamic team of product managers, product marketing managers, customer research, content designers, and channel marketers, you will have your vision and strategy worldwide.

You will help us unveil new insights into industry-leading products like Photoshop and Illustrator that will help our marketing strategy attract and retain consumers in these products. Photoshop and Illustrator are now available on the iPad, and over the summer you will work with product managers and product marketers to understand the multi-tiered application of these products and adjust POV to introduce these new levels to the customer journey. What better way to get consumers to work with your channel marketing teams to turn this strategy around.

To succeed in this role, you must have deep customer empathy, a marketing framework, a data-driven understanding of channels and strategies. You are familiar with software as a model of service and shopping and you are in an extraordinary relationship. You are a self-starter with a strong background that demonstrates excellent oral and written communication skills and different partners in different teams.

Responsibilities

  • Set a strong POV on how to interact with users and Adobe Core flagship products like Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Establish a deep understanding of the user’s characters and journey (through quantitative and qualitative research). Examine the customer if necessary and act as the voice of the customer for internal teams.
  • Provide an opportunity for Adobe to improve the customer journey.
  • Test this hypothesis with customers, customers, and in-house teams to guide marketing, product, and/or service innovation.

  • Experience working with multitasking teams to run business ventures.
  • Expert in using market research and data to recommend marketing strategies to guide semantic recommendations and decisions.
  • A hard-working, creative beginner who can prioritize and has the ability to balance multiple steps and change priorities as needed.
  • Strong ability to formulate problems, conduct appropriate analysis, and provide clear recommendations.
