ANSO Scholarship for Young Talents 2023:

Applications are invited for ANSO Scholarship for Young Talent in China 2023. All international students from around the world are eligible to apply for the ANSO Scholarship 2023-2024. Students who wish to pursue a master’s or doctoral degree from China are encouraged to apply. ANSO awards 200 fully funded Master’s and 300 PhD scholarships every year. These scholarships are awarded at USTC and the Chinese Academy of Sciences UCAS.

Almost all academic majors and subjects are available under ANSO scholarships to pursue undergraduate programmes. The scholarship covers all expenses. The duration of the scholarship is 3 years for a master’s degree and 4 years for a doctoral degree.

ANSO Scholarships are awarded to two of the best universities in China. These universities have good rankings globally. This is the most reputable scholarship for all students around the world.

ANSO Scholarship for Young Talent 2023 is a completely free scholarship for international students in China that covers all the required fees for the full degree. The details are given below:

  • Monthly allowance:
    • Master’s degree: 3000 yuan per month
    • Doctorate degree: RMB 6000 or 7000 per month (depending on whether he has passed the eligibility test conducted by USTC/UCAS).

  • Travel subsidy from home countries to China (one trip per person). Candidates in China at the time of application will not be eligible for this subsidy.

Eligibility Criteria:

Candidates must fulfil the following criteria to apply for this scholarship.

  • Applicant must be non-Chinese.
  • Applicants for the Master’s must have been born after January 1, 1993 (inclusive).
  • Applicants for doctoral studies must be born after January 1, 1988 (inclusive).
  • International students must meet USTC/UCAS criteria.
  • Do not engage in other duties during your scholarship period.
  • Proficiency in English or Chinese.

  • Passport copy with at least 2 years validity.
  • Updated resume with a brief introduction to research experience
  • Original degree copy:
    • Applicants for a master’s degree must submit a bachelor’s degree certificate or official pre-graduation certificate showing their student status and expected date of graduation.
    • For doctoral studies must submit the following documents:
    1. Graduation certificate.
    2. Master’s degree certificate or official undergraduate certificate showing student status and expected date of graduation.
  • Two references

  • 5 photocopies of published academic articles (if available)
  • Proof of English and/or Chinese language proficiency
  • Foreigner physical examination form (Format).
