Types of Swiss Government Excellence Scholarship
- Research scholarships are available to postgraduate researchers in any field (with at least a master’s degree) who are planning to come to Switzerland to conduct research or to pursue doctoral or postdoctoral studies.
- Research grants are awarded for research or study at all Swiss cantonal universities, universities of applied sciences and two federal institutes of technology. Only candidates nominated by any one of these higher education institutions will be considered.
- The Arts Scholarship is open to Arts students who wish to pursue a Master’s degree in Switzerland. Arts scholarships are awarded to study at any art conservatory or university in Switzerland. This scholarship is just available for a limited number of countries.
