Catholic Relief Services’ International Development Fellows Program

Catholic assistance in foreign development programs. Under this system, it is the duty of the international community to obtain employment guidance for foreign aid and development. CSS invites many historical candidates who are committed to the mission and strategy to join our global team. CSS always allows friends to improve their skills and gain practical experience. In addition, a member now works with experienced CRS staff to resolve key issues in developing countries.

System Features:

Catholic Development International Aid is a unique annual skills development program designed to help members succeed in a vibrant environment with SCS. At the end of this training process, one person is selected for various positions, and SSS. This partnership focuses on skill development in the following four areas:

Project management: monitoring, review, accounting, and accountability for budget planning and execution; Reports
Project Planning / Development: Research, Design Analysis, Results, Outcomes, and Partner Changes, Technical Suggestions, and Costs

Processes and operations:

Supply of goods and order. human resource; Risk Tax and Security Agreements
Organization: Planning and implementation of capacity-building projects. Community Ideas and Estimates

The CRS values ​​the health and well-being of the employee and provides public resources to meet the needs of employees and their families. This is a benefit of the Catholic Foreign Assistance Program.

Requirements:

  • Degree in related fields
  • At least 6 months of volunteer work or experience in developing countries.
  • English language skills along with oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in another language (preferably French, Arabic and Portuguese).
  • I want to work in areas with hot and infectious diseases and limited access to medical services
