Benefits
- The graduate award from the Fulbright University of Helsinki includes a stipend of EUR 1000 per month (paid over nine months).
- The recipient will also receive a travel incentive of USD 1600, a residency permit allowance (based on real permit costs, including grantee and accompanying family members, paid for by the Foundation), and an accident and sickness benefit (ASPE).
- Through a partnership with the Fulbright Finland Foundation, Fulbright-University of Helsinki Graduate Award recipients are given a full tuition stipend (ranging from EUR 13,000 to EUR 18,000, depending on the program). If the candidate has completed the first year of Master’s studies, the scholarship is also eligible for the second year.
- Additionally, according to the availability of pertinent programs, the grantee will be qualified to participate in a summer program that the Fulbright Finland Foundation has already authorized.
